BEACH TRIP 2010
FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA
David absolutely loves the beach. He begs to build sand castles and swim in the pool. The boy gets completely covered in sand and could care less. It is hilarious to see sand on his eye lids and all over his hands as he shoves Teddy Grahams in his mouth, grit and all. Grant basically just dug him a huge hole to play in and he would sit in there forever just playing contentedly.
Evie is the best beach baby. She sleeps just about anywhere which has truly surprised me. She loves the water and cuddling while Brother plays. I will say this trip has been very enjoyable for me because I have been able to spend more time holding Evie and letting her sleep on me. I just cannot get over how squishy she is--she looks adorable in her swimsuits!.
David has been swimming all over the pool and could go all day long without a break.
We still have a whole other week here and it has already been the much needed break we needed as a family. It has been so nice to have Grant around during the days. He is such a fun Daddy!
David says, "I LOVE HAVING SO MUCH TIME WITH DADDY!!"

oh my gosh.....could they be any cuter! i know having daddy-o 24/7 has been the best. wish i could squeeze evie's little thighs! gotta love her as a bathing beauty! you need to include a close-up of daveman's frat hair coming out of his "golf" hat! lol luv you all...

a. The color of your swimsuit was a great choice! Loving the bright color over black :)
b. Evie looks really old in the picture of her in the seat inside, and her eyes are so blue!
c. Evie looks super photogenic in the picture of the both of you inside wearing hats.

liz, the beach pics are great. i can't believe how big the both are... i feel like evie is getting older faster than dave did. maybe time is just passing too quick! hope all is great!!
Is the last bathing suit you have one from target? I just got one like it. I couldn't find it anywhere in bham, but funny - auburn had plenty. guess they aren't wearing our type of bathing suits in a college town!
love ALL the pics,they turned out so good and im glad yall had such a good time. you are right, may is definiltey the time for the beach.
